Revenue Cycle Manager – Daily & Weekly Checklist

Use this checklist to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
RC Manager works best when used consistently.

Daily (5–10 Minutes)

☐ Open AllMed PM Dashboard
☐ Review Non-Payment Alerts
☐ Click any alert numbers to open RC Manager
☐ Work Primary insurance alerts first
☐ Open claims, correct issues, and re-bill as needed
☐ Confirm payments and adjustments are posting correctly

Weekly (15–30 Minutes)

☐ Review Secondary and Patient responsibility claims
☐ Look for claims that were never billed
☐ Confirm secondaries were sent after primary payment
☐ Generate patient statements if needed
☐ Rebill multiple claims in bulk when appropriate

Monthly / End-of-Month

☐ Sort RC Manager by Balance
☐ Identify small balances per office policy
☐ Perform bulk write-offs where approved
☐ Confirm aged claims are being actively worked
☐ Ensure no claims are sitting unbilled or unresolved

Year-End Cleanup (Optional)

☐ Review old, low-balance AR
☐ Write off approved balances in bulk
☐ Confirm clean AR going into the new year

Best Practices

  • Set payer-specific alert days for all major insurance companies

  • Visit RC Manager regularly — daily or weekly

  • Use bulk actions instead of working claims one by one

  • Treat RC Manager as your primary follow-up tool, not reports
